I’m guilty as the next person being glued to my electronic devices and being interrupted by my phone ringing, notifications from text messages, unread emails, responses from social media posts, etc… All of those attention grabbers take me away from whatever I’m doing and sometimes they take me down the rabbit hole. Not exactly productive while I’m in the middle of a project, client work, or any number of self care practices.
I’ve recently been turning my electronic devices to airplane mode during the day as a “meditative” practice. The results have been so productive, I’m making this practice part of my normal routine.
I know this idea isn’t revolutionary, however, the results are! Try it?
