Feng Shui and Food: Easy Peasy Crock Pot Meatballs

What’s the connection between feng shui & food you ask? As you know, the chi in your surroundings and in the food you eat either nourish or deplete you. How you prepare your meals adds to the vibrancy of the food you eat and serve to others.  For those who know me well, know I love to cook. My love of cooking adds joy to the food I eat. And that’s a good thing and good things are good feng shui!

1# organic ground beef

1 cup of your favorite seasoned bread crumbs. I use Nino Salvaggio’s Italian style store made crumbs.

1 organic egg

1 jar of Trader Joe’s Organic Marina Sauce with Mushrooms

Mix the egg with the bread crumbs and combine thoroughly with the ground meat. Shape into balls and layer in crock pot alternating between raw meatballs and sauce. Cook on low about 6 hours.

Yum!
